All items we sell are Brand New from the factory - 100% Guaranteed! We do not sell used (second hand) or opened items. We do NOT guarantee, however, the item to be free from manufacturer defects, misuse or negligence. Due to the fact that we are not manufacturer or/and department store - all sales are final. No returns, refunds, exchanges. No exceptions. Besides all exceptions, the shipping/handling you have paid in the first place is never refundable, regardless.

If you are paying by PayPal, we will accept and ship to your PayPal's CONFIRMED US address ONLY! Please make sure your Paypal account is verified.
 
If you won and paid for an item from our auction:
Your payment will be processed, item packed, labeled and ready to go. Then our shipping staff member will mail this item to you via USPS or UPS . In most cases we will ship your item next days after your payment has been processed. If you won and paid for your item, you will get it - no matter what, unless you supply us with the wrong address, or your country's customs are having a problem with you receiving this shipment. We always keep receipts of our mailings. If you email us with the delivery question, please, include the Item Number, your user ID and your shipping address. If you are sending us Money Order or Cashiers Check for the auction:
International customers are responsible for their countries' customs and import taxes!!!
Make sure, you will have the item number; your name and your shipping address clearly printed on a separate piece of paper, OR email us your shipping address along with the item number. It is necessary for our clerks to mail the item correctly and without unnecessary delay. Personal checks must be hold 7 days!!! Remember, if you intend to send personal check, or you forgot to write item number AND your shipping address clearly, - your item will NOT be shipped and negative feedback may be posted on the 17th day of auction close!
 
 Non-paying bidder will receive a FVF on their eBay profile on 17th day of auction close day. NO EXCEPTIONS!

  • We recommend Paypal payments. Please submit PayPal payment to onedollarbid@hotmail.com
  • For all (USA, Canada and International) bidders, we accept PayPal, Money order and Cashier's check *(The PayPal account mush be verified and have a confirmed shipping address.)  We accept personal check only if you live within the U.S.  Personal check mush be hold 7 days. We do not accept cash!
  • Please submit ONE PayPal payment for multiple winnings.
  • Payment must be received within 7 days after the notification or the end of the auction.

Shipping & Handling

  • We ship all items via UPS or USPS. *(WE DO NOT SHIP OUR ITEMS VIA USPS FIRST CLASS, AIRMAIL PARCEL POST or ECONOMY (Surface) PARCEL POST.)

  • Canada and International we ship via USPS Global Express or Global Priority Mail.

  • If you checkout Sunday through Thursday, One Dollar Bid will process your order the next business day. If you checkout on Friday or Saturday, One Dollar Bid will process your order on Monday or the next business day. Orders are not processed for shipment on weekend and holidays. Tracking information will be emailed to you when it becomes available.

  • We do not allow pick-ups, COD or Delivery.

  • Shipping/handling terms are non-negotiable.

  • We are not responsible for lost/damaged items.

Exchange Policies

  • All sales are final. Exchanges will only be given to items that is incorrectly sent or defective.

  • If you receive a wrong or defective item. Please contact us within 7 days from the date you receive the product. All items sent back for exchanges must be received within 14 days after the seller have authorized the exchange.

  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance. Use the most convenient means of shipping. Tracking information is recommended. Please note that shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

Feedback Policies

  • All Non paying bidders will be prosecuted by a court of law, be petitioned for removal on eBay, and receive negative feedback. Payment must be received within 4 days of auction close. Seller will only ship to verified address matching that of the form of payment that is being submitted. No exceptions without prior approval. Save on shipping by combining winning bids from our other auctions. Check with us for combined quotes on any multiple purchases you want. We will gladly reciprocate your positive feedback in a timely manner.

  • OneDollarBid reserves the right to refuse bids from buyers that have negative feedbacks. We go out of our way to provide you with the best service we can; We will do whatever is reasonable to resolve any problem you may have. In the event that you have a problem "YOU AGREE" to let us attempt to resolve whatever the issue is before leaving negative feedback. In the event that we are unable to resolve your concerns, you agree to be bound by arbitration with SQUARE TRADE before leaving negative feedback.
